Reiki is an energy healing technique done by a practitioner who uses Universal Life Force to move or remove energy blockages in the body.  It is done with the client lying down, comfortably and fully clothed on a massage table while the practitioner runs Life Force energy through their hands over each of the persons chakras, gently opening up the flow of energy.   Reiki healing goes where it is most needed in the body, therefore, one does not need to be completely cognizant of what is the initial problem. The Reiki practitioner is guided to run energy through those areas that need assistance. It's easy and effortless and can really help you get in touch with those things that are in need of attention physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  Reiki can leave you feeling more grounded, at peace and in touch with who you are at your core.

I am a certified level 3 Reiki practitioner and have studied metaphysical diagnosis with Carol Steinel/Carruch Ibn Michael.  I have studied human and animal anatomy and physiology at Harper College in Palatine and Mchenry County College, Crystal Lake, Il.  I have also been a participant in alternative medicine and bodywork for over two decades.
